Therapy Services
I am a registered psychologist working with adults in individual, group, and psychedelic counselling. I have lived and worked in Lanark County for over 20 years.
My clinical work includes supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals recovering from workplace trauma and complex life stress. I have experience treating PTSD, chronic anxiety, depression, and trauma-related patterns using structured, skills-based approaches grounded in mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy. I also provide program development and clinical consultation within specialized trauma-focused settings connected to national service initiatives.
I am registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and the Ottawa Academy of Psychology. I am a qualified MiCBT therapist and serve as Co-Director of the North American Chapter of the MiCBT Institute.

Individual Therapy
Dr. Offman uses Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) in her private practice. This evidence-based approach combines mindfulness training with cognitive behavioural therapy to address stress, emotional distress, and patterns that feel hard to shift.
MiCBT is grounded in clinical research and draws from established mindfulness traditions. It offers a structured way to build awareness, regulation, and practical skills that support lasting change.

Individual Psychedelic Therapy
Psychedelic therapy is at the forefront of modern therapy interventions. It is a structured approach to self-exploration and growth. Using medically prescribed cannabis within an evidence-informed framework, these guided sessions provide professional support for individuals and groups working with deeper emotional material. The focus is on safety, preparation, and integration so that insights can translate into meaningful change.

MiCBT Group Therapy
This 5-week group offers a clear introduction to mindfulness and practical therapy skills in a small, supportive setting. You will learn how to steady attention, understand your emotional responses, and apply tools that reduce stress in daily life.
Each session builds step by step, with a one-day retreat to deepen the practice and help you carry it forward.

Psychedelic Group Therapy
This 5-week group offers a structured introduction to therapeutic cannabis within a mindfulness-based approach. Participants learn how to use cannabis intentionally, with preparation and support, while building skills for emotional regulation and self-awareness.
The program includes education, guided practice, group discussion, and a one-day facilitated retreat to deepen the work and support integration.
The focus is safety, clarity, and learning how to carry the insights into daily life.
