Program resources
The resources on this page are designed to support your learning and practice throughout the program. Here you will find guided mindfulness recordings, worksheets, handouts, home practice logs, retreat information, and other materials that correspond with each phase of treatment. Your facilitator will introduce these resources as they become relevant and provide guidance on how to incorporate them into your daily practice between sessions. While the group sessions provide the structure and support for learning new skills, meaningful and lasting change develops through regular practice in everyday life. We encourage you to return to these resources throughout the program and beyond, using them as ongoing tools to strengthen mindfulness, emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being.
